Ideal Homes finished our home in 2002. From the design selection to the final inspection, all of the interactions we had with Manny, Rose and Hugo were pleasurable, helpful, and professional. This being the first home we have had built from the ground up, their helpful guidance was greatly appreciated.
The stages of construction were always completed according to the timetables established. Ideal Homes built our home as if Manny and his family were going to live in it themselves. Manny Costa personally approved every step of the construction. Each aspect of the construction of our home was completed so that it surpassed local building codes. We were kept involved in the entire processes from start to finish and we were never overwhelmed with technical jargon. After six happy years in our home, we have never had to call Ideal Homes to repair or replace anything that was faulty or broken.
We have been in a lot of homes in and around Palm Coast, including many in the exclusive gated communities, and I have found none that have been built by other builders better than ours.

Our Palm Coast home was our second home building experience in our many years of home ownership. Before choosing Ideal Homes we had friends who bought from them and were very pleased. We knew that there is no other builder who could have taken such interest in their quality work as Ideal Homes.
We built a 2200 sq. ft. home on the canal in the C-section of Palm Coast, FL. The time for building was about 8 months. The suggestions for the kitchen, bath and outdoor fixtures, etc., were offered with perfection by Rose.
We are now living in our home almost 3 years. All minor problems have been addressed. We take pride in showing our home because we are very satisfied with the quality and beauty.

Our experience with Ideal Homes during the building of our home was excellent. They created a trusting relationship with a “hands on” concept in all phases, always available willing to work with us, and provided enormous support when it was time to select all the necessary fixtures. Ideal Homes built our duplex in 2003. We were so pleased with the entire construction process from start to finish. We built 2 other homes before building with Ideal Homes and found this experience by far the most positive. Each step of the building process we met with the builders and knew what to expect and how much it would cost. Many of the upgrades for other builders are standard features with Ideal Homes. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. We would definitely build with them again.
